Polecat Intelligence is a technology company helping the world's largest organisations achieve reputation management success, primarily through advanced data analytics. I joined the team in 2018 and in those two years Polecat’s product offering grew significantly – from a single proof-of-concept app to a full software suite.

‘The Polecat Hub’ is a browser-based platform featuring multiple software solutions. These products allow users to track and monitor topics of interest, inspect complex data visualisations and share their findings within the wider organisation.

RepVault

RepVault facilities high-level analysis of your company’s reputation. Users can see impactful media conversation with regard to geography, sentiment, stakeholders and their competitors. The three profile views – Reputation, Comparison & Trend – were validated with extensive research and user testing, and provide an intuitive user experience.

InsideTrack

InsideTrack is Polecat’s simple search offering, that lets users explore emerging themes in current media stories. I led the design discovery project phase, creating low-fidelity wireframes to test potential user flows. Full product functionality was developed in collaboration with the data science & engineering team, and communicated via high-fidelity prototypes. InsideTrack was released in phases, in an agile workflow.
