Clarion Housing Group is the largest housing association in the UK, with a stock of 125,000 homes. Their shared ownership schemes are designed to help people take their first step onto the property ladder, who might otherwise be unable to. This brochure template was developed in accordance with their relatively new brand guidelines, to be used for dozens of housing developments across the UK. The angled panels reference their isometric logo, and help to create clean, sweeping layouts throughout the document. Transport links, local area info and nearby points of interests were communicated through a variety of colour coded infographics & maps.
