Last year I set myself a goal – I was finally going to get into running! However, I knew it was going to require a fair amount of effort & perseverance. So I started recording my runs to help track progress (and spur me on!)

I created this infographic from the data as a personal project. It includes both distance & pace achieved on each run, and visualises the incremental improvements made over 20 weeks.
